We ship worldwide.
Shipping is FREE on orders over $100. For orders less than $100 the shipping charges are $10 to the EU, USA and Canada and $15 to all other countries.

Most countries do not charge import duty on our bags when purchased for personal use. In the event that you are charged, please email us and we will try to help.
How do you ship?
We ship all orders using EMS (http://www.ems.post/tracking/) and you will receive a tracking code as soon as it is shipped.
Is it insured?
We insure every order during shipment until delivery to the address provided at the time of ordering.
When will my order arrive?
Shipping via EMS takes 8-12 days for most destinations based on our real-life experience. We will notify you when your order is dispatched. Any delay caused by customs or postal / courier service is beyond our control. Please inquire for faster shipping options.

Exchange & Return FAQs
What is the exchange/return policy?
If you change your mind or find something wrong, we would be happy to exchange your bag or refund your purchase in full. You have 10 days from the date of receipt to return the bag. The bag must be unused and in the same condition we sent. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Exchange/return is only eligible for regular priced items.
How do I make an exchange/return?
Please notify us of your need to exchange or return by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you all the details for packing and shipping to our representative nearest to you. The shipping cost incurred for sending an item back to us is not covered or reimbursed by us. We cannot be held liable for the loss of your product being returned.
How does refund work?
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned merchandise and may take up to a month to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. We will notify you as soon as we have authorized the refund.
If you provide us with your contact details these will only be used to ship the goods you have purchased, if you have consented to receiving news about us or in the event of a refund or exchange. Most importantly, your financial information is NEVER seen by us. This is handled securely by the payment processor and the data does not come to us at all.
